Blake Fincher began custom framing in 1994 and became a Certified Picture Framer (C.P.F.) in 1996. He specializes in Archival Framing, which is a specialized skill in which paper art is restored and preserved. Blake has used his skill set within most museums in Central Florida and he is a specialist in framing of artwork of all types, including sports memorabilia; object boxes; and creative design.
C.P.F. – Certified Picture Framer. Designation giving to a professional framer by the Professional Picture Framer Association. Framers are tested in all aspects of framing. C.P.F.’s are masters in framing preservation and conservation techniques. Along with creative design. C.P.F. are recertified every 4 yrs. There are approximately 3000 C.P.F’s worldwide. He desires to becoming a M.C.P.F. Master Certified Picture Framer.
