What is In Store Pick Up?

In Store Pick Up provides you a more convenient way to pick up your Trophy Factory Plus Framing online orders (excluding online orders). If you place an order online, it will be ready and waiting for you in five business days, allowing you to pick up your order in store at a time which is convenient for you, and giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order, without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. All details of the service are listed below so be sure to read through them for full information on the service.

How does it work?

Place your order by 2PM ET and choose the In-Store Pick Up option at checkout. Pick up your order in store as early as 12pm five business days later.

How much does it cost?

In Store Pick Up is FREE. There is no cost to you.

What happens once my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order, which will contain your order number for reference. This information will also be available on your Trophy Factory Plus Framing account.

When can I pick up my In Store Pick Up order?

If you order before 2pm ET and receive a confirmation email, you can pick up your order in store by 12pm in five business days. See below for exceptions during holiday periods.

Deliveries over the Holiday period: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days from the standard time frames for your In Store Pick Up order to be ready.

In Store Pick Up orders placed on holidays & during inventory days

Please note that all In Store Pick Up orders placed before or on a holiday will require an additional business day to the estimated delivery date.

In addition, during inventory days or any day in which stores are holding special events, store business hours may differ from normal. In these instances, stores will either open later and/or close earlier. Please ensure you are aware of the store business hours ahead of placing or picking up your order to avoid disappointment.
